Sawing
With two saws in operation, we’re equipped to handle any job, large or small. Our Hydmech automatic saw offers precise 60-degree miter cuts and features auto-indexing and bundle cutting to improve accuracy and reduce costs.
CNC Beam Line
Our Ocean Avenger CNC Beam Line offers fast, precise drilling for structural steel, handling beams, angles, channel, flat bar, and tube up to 60′ long and 40″ tall.
3D Tube Laser Cutting
Our new 3D Fabri Gear 220 handles laser cutting for tube, pipe, and structural materials like I-beams, C-channel, and angle iron in mild or stainless steel. With a high-precision 6-axis system, we can process pieces up to 8-5/8″ in diameter, tap holes up to 1/2″, and handle larger, heavier material with tight tolerances.
2D Laser Cutting
Our advanced 2D laser cutting systems deliver clean, precise cuts on flat sheet metal, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Whether it’s high-volume production or custom one-off parts, we maintain tight tolerances and superior edge quality. With fast turnaround times and minimal material waste, our 2D laser cutting is ideal for everything from prototypes to full-scale manufacturing.
Plasma Hydef and Flame Cutting
Our state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutter, powered by a 400-amp supply, delivers fast, precise cuts on plate up to 2″ thick with Hydefinition technology. We hold tolerances of ±.030″ and ±.060″ on heavier plate. For even thicker material, our oxy-acetylene setup cuts up to 5″ plate.
Shearing and Forming
Our experienced team runs a full-service sheet and plate forming facility. With our new Cincinnati press brake, featuring ±.0004″ ram repeatability, we deliver consistent, tight-tolerance parts. Our 350-ton brake can form 1/4″ plate up to 12 feet or 1/2″ plate up to 5 feet. We also shear plate up to 3/8″ thick and 12 feet long.
