3D Tube Laser Cutting by Falcon Steel

Our new 3D Fabri Gear 220 machine for an expanded range of laser-cut tube, pipe and structural applications including I and H beams, C-channels, angle iron and additional user-defined shapes from mild or stainless steel. This extensive range of capabilities makes the machine ideal for many industries and applications. Featuring a powerful, high precision 6-axis we can handle larger, longer, thicker and heavier material than similar machines due to its rigid work piece handling system. With the tighter tolerances we are able to tap holes up to 1/2″ with our tapping station. We can process up to 8-5/8″ diameter. If larger sizes are needed just ask our sales team for information.
