Services Waterjet Cutting Introducing the latest in cutting technology with our Flying Bridge waterjet cutting system. This unique system uses the power of high pressure water to cut a variety of materials. Unlike laser cutting, it produces clean-edged cuts requiring little or no secondary processing. It uses no heat, thus eliminating cracking, warping, burns, and burned edges while producing parts with dimensional accuracy of ±.003 Saw and Punch With three HEM saws in operation we are able to keep up with any job big or small. Our largest with a 25" cutting capacity allows us to cut large pipe or beams and Miter Cut. Our smaller CNC automatic saw helps in production of smaller pieces with 1/32" tolerances. Our Piranha punches have 75 ton capacity to add to your processing needs. Plate Cutting With our state of the art CNC plasma and Oxy/Acytelene table we have the ability to Hydefinition cut as thin as 18 ga. sheet metal to 5" plate. With the Hydef we are able to hold + or - .030 and + or - 1/16" on heavy plate. With the water table we are able to minimize warpage and keep the plate within mill tollerances on flatness. Shear and Brake Our sheet and plate forming facility is operated by our professional staff with many years experience. With our new Piranha shear we can process up to 3/8" plate in 12 foot length's. Our Cincinnati break has 350 ton capacity that can break 1/4" material in 12 foot length's or 1/2" plate in 5 foot length's.   Laser Cutting  The TruLaser 5030 is distinguished by two things: powerful laser and a linear drive concept. The linear drive concept offers extremely high dynamics, leading to significant productivity increases and reduced unit costs. This high powered laser gives great opportunities for our customers in the laser cutting industry. With capabilities up to 25mm mild steel, 25mm in Stainless Steel and 15mm in Aluminum.
